Exchange & Return Policy

3-Day Exchange Window
Exchanges must be initiated within 3 business days of delivery. The eyewear must be completely unworn, scratch-free, and in its original designer packaging.
Exchange Process Steps
- Contact our WhatsApp concierge at +92 300 1234567 with your Order ID and photos of the frame.
- Safely pack the unworn glasses with all original accessories.
- Ship the package back to our central optical lab for quality verification.
- Select your replacement frame or store credit code.
