Binding Agreement

By placing an order on our atelier, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before submitting your order.

Nationwide across Pakistan

Flat Rs. 300 nationwide

Submit within 3 days

100% Genuine Designer Brands

Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available across Pakistan for eligible catalog items, including contact lenses (subject to stock availability).
Sunglasses & Frames: Non-prescription sunglasses and optical frames may be ordered with COD without advance deposit.
Standard Shipping: Standard express shipping is Rs. 300 nationwide unless free shipping promotions apply.

Exchange Only: We offer exchanges within 3 business days of delivery. Cash refunds are not provided under standard retail terms.
Custom Prescription Lenses: Prescription lenses crafted custom to your visual power cannot be exchanged or refunded once edged and fitted.
